ASSISTED SERVICE

Investment Services
Personalized written or verbal recommendation, which makes suggestions to our customer to invest on one or more products. This recommendation is made on by our customer’s request or by the financial institution’s own initiative.

Portfolio Management
Our Portfolio Management policy adheres at all times to portfolio investment diversity. We make discretional decisions on behalf of our customers, taking into consideration the General Framework for Action, in accordance with our customers’ goals and investment profiles; through an integrated portfolio plan.

NON-ASSISTED SERVICE

Commercialization
A general recommendation about investment products without a personalized recommendation on a particular product.
Execution of operations
The reception and execution of operations following the customer’s specific terms and instructions, without any advice or recommendation; there is an obligation to execute the operation following the specific customer’s specific terms and instructions.

The only fee that may be collected for Portfolio Management services, is the fee expressly agreed upon with the customer and only once the service has effectively been provided. See detailed Investment Services Guide.

CLAIMS
All claims and complaints must be submitted in writing; they may be submitted directly at the offices of MMBG during business hours or sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

• Document must contain the following information:
• Full Name – Contract Number – Telephone number and/or e-mail address – Explanation of the reason for the complaint – Date of the occurrence of the reason for the complaint – Supporting documentation, if applicable.
• The deadline for MMBG to respond to clams is 30 business days, starting from the day following its reception.

MMBG has established guidelines, policies and procedures so that investments made in the Securities Market are done with complete transparency and in accordance with legal codes.

MMBG portfolio diversity policy to establish the criteria that must be followed to diversify the customers’ investment portfolios in accordance with their investment profiles, as well as to determine the maximum limits to consider when making investment decisions for third parties.

In order to provide our customers with the best services, MMBG takes into consideration several characteristics with a profile questionnaire, which allows to ascertain their goals and their risk tolerance level.

  • CONSERVATIVE – Low risk profile, temporary and limited capital losses to search for stable return in time.
  • MODERATE – Moderate profile, defensive during unfavorable periods searching to improve returns against a conservative profile though time.
  • GROWTH – High risk profile that assumes high volatility during unfavorable periods and looks for high returns in time.
  • AGGRESIVE – High risk profile, investing in aggressive assets and instruments, whose yield and volatility may e increased by a factor due to the use of leverage.
